Position: Desktop Support Technician
Location: Shelton, Connecticut 06484
Hourly Rate: $23.96/hr.
Term: 3 Months Contract to Hire
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Solve a broad range of day-to-day onsite technical issues related to internal laptop and desktop systems, software and network infrastructure

Provide superb technical support and customer service to end users and end clients

Must have Windows 10 experience, Apple experience is a huge plus.

Experience with desktop support in a Win10/Mac environment hardware and software.
