Position: Desktop Support Technician
Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts 02139
Hourly Rate: $28/hr.
Term: 12 Months Contract to Hire

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding duties for Client New Hires.
  • Imaging and deploying Dell Laptop and/or Desktop Devices.
  • Addressing (MFA Smart Card Setup) i.e., caching the Smart Cards assuring login credentials are setup for the end user.
  • Timely updates to the New Hire tickets.
  • Addressing late submittals.
  • Working closely with Admin Directorates and Managers as needed to confirm New Hire details provided.
  • Addressing changes to the New Hire requests.
  • Monitoring the Daily Onboarding SharePoint site. 
  • Deploying devices onsite and/or shipping them out to remote users.

Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
  • 3 - 5 years of related desktop and/or deskside support experience
  • Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products - including software, hardware and network troubleshooting skills, PC imaging and deployment and IMAC experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A+ Certification required
