This nationwide industry leader has an immediate 6 month contract opportunity (with strong chance for conversion to permanent) in Indianapolis, IN for a Desktop Support Engineer.  Will be responsible for desktop support in a Windows 10/11 environment, mobile device management support for iPads and iPhones, WiFi and network troubleshooting, racking/stacking, vendor management with telcom/support vendors, and printing support.  Hours will be Monday-Friday from 7am-4pm.  This position requires:

  • 3+ years of Desktop Support experience in a Windows 7/10/11 environment.

  • Mobile Device Management (MDM) experience with iPads and iPhones.  Intune experience is a plus.

  • WiFi and network troubleshooting experience.

  • Familiarity with racking and stacking equipment.

  • Printing support experience.

  • Prefer vendor management experience with telcom vendors and/or onsite support vendors.

  • Ability to travel 1-2 times/year if needed.
