This Dallas-based commercial finance company has an immediate 3+ month contract opportunity for a Senior Business Systems Analyst. This position requires working onsite Monday-Friday. Will be providing analysis and documentation of Business Process and Systems Information flows. Will be responsible for facilitating an environment of continual improvement with high degrees of communication and coordination between all involved parties.  The candidate is required to have at least six years of technical requirements experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to work both independently and in cross-functional team environments is a must.  Will ensure that corporate technology is implemented and leveraged to automate manual processes and procedures.  Capturing and collecting dis-jointed data and procedures to enable the company to understand and scale the growing business.  The analyst’s primary focus will be working to create a comprehensive analysis of business processes to drive use cases for Systems Development Products. This role will require diligent time management and the ability to extract and analyze business and system requirements across the breadth of the company.  Exceptional problem solving and solution visioning is required with the ability to deliver professional level conclusions and recommendations to key decision makers.

• Providing significant communication, both verbal and written with business and technology teams to ensure a continually successful partnership.
• Performing analysis and creating documentation to establish and maintain alignment of processes and technology.
• Eliciting requirements using interviews, data analysis, business process modeling, use cases, scenarios, time motion study, and business workflow analysis.
• Capturing as-is metrics of existing process to facilitate prioritization and ROI on improvements.
• Developing and implementing test plans/scenarios, overseeing UAT plans and supporting testing to obtain sign-off from business partners.
• Coordinating information sharing for technology activities and small projects, identifying people, process, and system impacts of business objectives for all sizes of work requests.
• Maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, punctuality, and positive attitude.

• 4+ year college or university degree and 6+ years related IT experience OR 10+ years equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Significant experience with Business process documentation & re-engineering.
• Software Skills: MS Word, Excel, Project, Visio, Teams, SharePoint.
• Results-orientated with a high level of personal initiative and proven leadership ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
