Our Large global identity and access management leader is looking for a full-time Agile Marketing PMO Enablement Coach to help accelerate our Marketing Organizations Transformation and take our PMO maturity to the next level. This is a fully remote position.

You will be an integral part of the Agile PMO Team, focused on facilitating and supporting the adoption and implementation of Agile across project teams and departments within Marketing. The primary focus of this role is to enable the PMO and the Marketing Org to embrace Agile practices and principles, enhancing efficiency in value delivery and effectiveness through the creation of processes, templates, training, and enablement material. You will be a key partner with the PMO leader, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to develop templates and standards, improving existing portfolio and project management processes, you will need to be highly effective in communicating to stakeholders, and define, document, and implement best practices in project management and agile frameworks to accelerate our ability to deliver go to market strategies.

You will work in a cross-functional manner, collaborating with multiple teams including Project Managers, Product Marketing, Campaigns, Digital, Creative, Content, Brand, and other marketing teams to standardize our processes, templates, documentation, and tools to enable the teams to effectively execute a wide array of projects.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Certified Scrum Master, Proven experience as a Sr. Scrum Master, or coaching in a similar role, with a solid understanding of Agile frameworks, principles, and practices is required.
  • Strong facilitation, mentoring, and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and influence individuals and teams towards Agile transformation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Solid understanding of agile marketing project management principles and practices, preferably with a proven track record of hands-on experience in traditional project management execution and delivery.
  • Proficiency in implementing and owning Agile project management tools and software.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to navigate and resolve complex challenges.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Project Management) is preferred.
What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
  • Agile Coaching: Provide coaching and guidance to project teams, Project Managers, and
  • Agile champions to improve Agile practices, coach to facilitate effective Agile events, and ensure adherence to Agile values.
  • Training and Workshops: Develop and deliver training programs and workshops on Agile methodologies, Agile frameworks implementation, tools, processes, and standards to enhance project delivery and productivity.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within the PMO. Implement Agile frameworks, tools, processes, and standards to enhance project delivery and productivity.
  • Agile Governance: Establish Agile governance frameworks, including metrics, reporting mechanisms, and performance indicators, to monitor and track the progress of Agile projects and initiatives.
  • Agile Tools and Metrics: Customize associated tools, develop and techniques to empower teams and support overall PMO Agile Operations. Evaluate and recommend Agile tools and metrics that align with the PMO's goals and objectives and drive the implementation and effective utilization.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leaders, stakeholders, and project teams to build awareness, understanding, and buy-in for Agile methodologies, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Foster a learning environment by facilitating Communities of Practice, sharing best practices, lessons learned, and success stories related to Agile methodologies and their application within the PMO.
  • Agile Maturity Assessments: Develop and conduct assessment programs to measure the PMO's Agile maturity level, identify areas for growth, and develop strategies to advance the organization's Agile journey.
  • Change Management: Support change management initiatives related to the evolution of the Marketing Agile PMO ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and managing resistance to change.
