Position: Workforce Specialist
Location: Remote
Hourly Rate: $33.67/hr.
Term: 6 Months Contract

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Assists with agent phone skilling changes.
  • Participates in projects at the direction of Manager.
  • Checks, manages, and triages requests that are delivered to the shared mailbox.
  • Responds timely to questions (e.g., schedule adherence).
  • Monitors phone queues and delivers regular updates to the business.
  • Data entry into workforce management application, Workforce Management Optimization (WFO).
  • Provides support to Call Manager and Telecom Project Manager.
  • Participates and supports testing of phone set up and routing, as well as identify and report suspected routing issues.
  • Assists with telecom set up, such as requesting phone numbers for new hires.
  • May provide support for on-the-job training for end users.
  • Drives service remediation were applicable.

Is it a good fit? (Requirements):
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments competently, accurately, and efficiently.
  • Knowledge of telephony applications, such as Cisco Jabber and Verint preferred.
  • Familiarity with contact/call center technology.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a service center environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Communicates well with all levels within the department and the company.
  • Technical skills and proficiency in the utilization of standard MS Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work on assigned tasks independently.
  • High school diploma or higher.
