Position: Workforce Management Coordinator
Location: Woonsocket, Rhode Island 02895
Term: 12 Months Contract
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30-5:00
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Monitor and respond to daily store team and Field inquiries regarding Workforce Management topics (i.e., questions regarding store budgets, the scheduling system, etc.).

Research inquiries related to Workforce Management topics using available resources provided by the broader team (i.e., training documents, reporting, etc.).

Triage and partner with other team members to address inquiries as needed/appropriate.

Maintain access and fulfill requests for Field users.

Prepare weekly reports around volume and topic of help desk tickets and email questions and other ad hoc reporting requests.

Support Field and Store teams in their understanding of scheduling practices at the company and their use of Workforce Management tools.
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):

Has strong written and verbal communication skills.

Previous customer support experience in a corporate work environment.

Intermediate level of experience using Excel.

Proficiency at computer navigation as the role will involve accessing multiple internal programs.

Verifiable High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Any workforce management experience preferred.
