Position: Vendor Management Coordinator
Location: Plano, TX, 75024
Term: 12 months
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Validate the chain of title based upon provided deed chain and other documents.
  • Identify any potential gaps and communicate with the searchers to coordinate the receipt of missing documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between the search and tax partners and our clients.
  • Keep our search and tax partners at a set SLA by following up via email, phone calls and weekly meetings.
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
  • 1 -3 years’ experience in a title insurance role.
  • Knowledge of typical Title Documents such as DOT, Mortgage, Vesting Deeds, Judgments, POA, etc.
  • Knowledge of chain of title issues and acceptable resolutions.
  • Strong communication skills including proper grammar and spelling in electronic communication.
  • Motivated, and positive team player.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work in a high volume, and team environment.
