Job Title: UCaaS Engineer

Mandatory Skills and Experience: 

Experience with the any/all of the following applications is a plus.            
  • Conference Room “Connector”              
  • MS Teams             
  • Cisco (Cloud)                 
  • Experience with enterprise and cloud-based IT infrastructure (AD, DC, Azure, O365, among other email systems)                   
  • Voice and Networking experience to include VoIP and traditional routing and switching platforms                  
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on delivery alignment, engage and provide support          
  • Experience enterprise VoIP telephones systems (e.g. Cisco, Microsoft skype )               
  • Experience in designing and installing traditional legacy telephone systems             
  • Experience with SIP trunking                
  • Administer end user training as required                  
  • Strong understanding of VoIP and data networking protocols including: SIP, MGCP, RTP, IMS, HTTP/S, XML, SMTP, SNMP, SSH, etc.             
  • Experience with an applied knowledge of 8x8/NICE InContact, Genesys, Contact Routing-CTI platforms, Telecommunications and TDM-VoIP technologies for Contact Center solutions             
  • Experience with current Cisco switches, routers and firewalls            
  • Strong network and/or VoIP experience with underlying technologies such as Routing & Switching Protocols, TCP/, DNS, QoS, SIP, VLANs, and WAN protocols and technologies.                  
  • At least five (5) years of related experience in Unified Communications and video conferencing                 
  • Technical knowledge on various Microsoft Team's architecture elements deployed in an Enterprise environment.                  
  • Develop technical and design documentation for voice infrastructure                   
  • Resolve customer tickets and provide escalation for issues that arise               
  • Execute business customer engagement strategy through contact center technology                 
  • 10+ years’ experience in Contact Center and UC environments designing, planning, and implementation of cloud-based architecture using the latest technologies                    
  • CTI and IVR development experience           
  • SIP services / VoIP experience to include troubleshooting                   
  • Experience with coding languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C++                
  • Experience with inContact, Genesys, Avaya, Five9, Amazon Connect, Cisco or other any SaaS contact center application vendors is highly desired                 
  • Network infrastructure experience is a plus                 
  • Experience with on-premises contact centers is a plus                
  • Ability and desire to mentor and coach team members
