Long term contract in Plano, TX for a Training Development and Research Analyst. Will be building reports and content development. Will create improving and maintaining training content and researching, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data related to training.
 
Job Responsibilities:
Content Development (35%)
  • Design and develop learning solutions utilizing adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Design online, classroom, virtual instructor-led and blended learnings.
  • Conduct needs analysis and recommend appropriate solution.
  • Develop training materials including participant guides, facilitator guides, job aids, media content or other materials.
  • Collaborate with internal groups, SMEs and vendors to design training materials.
  • Develop and manage project plans for program development and delivery timelines/plans, updating them on a regular basis.
  • Monitor and analyze existing training materials and all assets to identify opportunities to enhance processes and materials to better meet organizational needs and ensure content is in alignment with business practices and regulatory environment.
 
Reporting/LMS (50%)
  • Perform post training evaluation and analysis.
  • Maintain reporting databases for key learning metrics.
  • Collect and analyze data for various fiduciary and learning reports.
  • Monitor data to identify changes in business trends.
  • Develop graphs and charts to provide insight into key learning data points.
  • Support development of new reporting requests.
  • Conduct database audits on reporting tools and learning management system.
  • Pull reports from LMS for Trainers and Sales Development Team as needed.
  • Update attendance records.
  • Support transition of learning management system (from LEAP to SAP Litmos).
 
Administration (15%)
  • Maintain training records including attendance.
  • Manage training logistics for in-person and virtual training including booking rooms, managing food and beverage needs and materials preparation.
  • Track budget for training programs.
  • Monitor Sales Development and Training group email inbox.
 
Qualifications:
  • Good in analytics and reporting.
  • Experience working on/using any Learning Management System (LMS), reporting and developing content materials.
  • Prefer any experience with Litmos.
  • Content development experience and knowledge.
  • Instructional design experience.
  • Project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and creating PowerPoint presentations is needed.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to organize and assimilate data.
