Contract Opportunity

Our Global SaaS Identity leader's Product Delivery Operations team is seeking an outstanding resource to support the tools operations function. This role will be primarily responsible for supporting tools that enable the flow of work, collaboration, and communication in their Product Delivery teams. This includes Jira, Jira Service Desk, Confluence, G-Suite and integration of these tools with other tools like Slack and GitHub. This role will act as a JIRA admin in some cases, maintain and update dashboards, advocate for, and implement other tools that serve to enable teams.

What You Will Be Doing

• Serve as primary support contact and provide support for escalated and complex issues.

• Configure Atlassian product suite to support the most effective and efficient flow of work for Product Delivery (Jira, Jira Service Desk, Confluence, and user management, permissions, integrations).

• Create, maintain, and update relevant dashboards and integrations. Ability to create advanced searches and debug filters in JQL (Jira query Language).

• Ability to quickly answer business questions through data in spreadsheets and/or other data analysis tools.

• Ability to work with different file formats like CSV, JSON.

• Gather feedback and explore proposed changes in tooling to ensure we are pioneering the best ways of working remotely.

• Create, maintain, and conduct end user training and documentation on agile tooling applications as necessary (system upgrades, new features, new processes, best practices, etc.) and foster positive user adoption.

• Perform regular system monitoring including reviewing system and audit logs, addressing performance concerns, and more.

Might Be a Good Fit If You Have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Jira and Atlassian products: 1. Performing end user support, 2. training and 3. architectural design based on business requirements.

• Experience with Google Suite, Slack, Github, Looker and Tableau preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

?Excellent documentation skills and procedural development capabilities are a core requirement.

• Ability to quickly learn new software programs as needed.

• Ability to review and identify accurate data entry, correcting and monitoring data entry issues.
