Job Title: Tier 1 Support Technician
Base Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 (DOE)
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85044
Provide Tier 1 Support for internal Office 365 and Microsoft Dynamics Business Applications as well as support to current customer base to include:
- Support calls, troubleshooting (Experience with Power Shell) - license management, configuration, migration, updates
- Training in person and via webinar
- Operational Support and Help Desk Support Experience
- Basic dB concepts understanding and SQL/XML/fetch reporting
- Provide internal support for other business applications.

2. Prior Office 365 Dynamics CRM or other CRM Systems - admin or implementation experience - or technical support equivalent in other CRM systems.
3. High energy/positive attitude and team focused
4. Ability to juggle many tasks and projects within a given day
