Position: Telecom Construction Redline Reviewer

Location: Nashville, TN

Duration: 6 Months

Job Summary:

The Telecom Construction Redline Reviewer works with construction, engineering, and the rest of the project team to review, correct, and update redline drawings so that closeout packages can be compiled and submitted to our customer.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed review of construction drawings and related documents
  • Work with team members to troubleshoot and correct discrepancies
  • Utilize photos, engineering submittals, BOMs, etc. to correct redline drawings
  • Document progress throughout the process
  • Perform other duties as required and/or assigned

Required Experience:

  • 3 plus years of experience in the telecom field, specifically in Outside Plant construction
  • 3 plus years of experience with Outside Plant fiber projects
  • 3 plus years of experience reviewing, correcting, and updating OSP redline drawings
  • 2 years plus of previous project experience on telecom construction sites
  • Ability to read and understand maps, drawings, and diagrams for project build process and distinguish color on these documents
  • Ability to proofread and quality check

Other Soft Skill Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify discrepancies.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel, with intermediate to advanced spreadsheet capabilities – able to search, sort, and perform data entry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent ability to organize, prioritize, and coordinate tasks
  • Self-motivated and independent worker, with good judgement to plan and accomplish goals with a problem-solving aptitude
  • Dependable, with proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment with changing priorities


  • High School Diploma, or equivalent
  • An Associate degree in Construction Management or Engineering, or equivalent is preferred
