Position: Technical Support Technician
Location: Chesterfield, Virginia, USA 23235
Term: 3 Months Contract-to-hire (06/29/2020 to 09/26/2020)

Work Schedule: candidate should be available to work on any day, for any shift, at any time. The times may include 6 AM to 10 PM as calls come in.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Perform Break & Fix work during primarily Wednesday through Sunday with on call availability and will be running calls as they come into the system.
  • Must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA’s).
  • Technician will travel to each client’s location.
  • Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair Desktop, Laptop, Server and Printer.
  • Work under general supervision.
  • Weekend and overnight hours may be needed due to on-call.
Required Qualifications:
  • 2 years plus supporting Desktops, Laptops and Printers.
  • 5 years plus with customer service experience.
  • Reliable Transportation (This is a driving position – reimbursed accordingly).
  • Able to work weekends, staggered or late shifts possibly including evenings and/or weekends.
  • Personable as they will be interacting with a wide range of users and environments.
  • Can work on a ladder of lift and are able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Has Smartphone with tethering/hot spot capabilities.
Preferred Skills:
  • CompTIA A+.
  • OEM Printer Warranty Certifications.
  • OEM Laptop/Desktop Warranty Certifications.
  • Server experience would be a bonus.
