Position: Technical Support Representative
Location: Richmond, VA 23220
Term: 2 months
- Provide end user technical support for both software and hardware.
- Provide maintenance, implementation staging, reference documentation, production problem analysis, and technical support.
- Provides hands on user support for complex issues related to software and hardware.
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
- 5+ years of personal Computer Hardware Knowledge.
- 5+ years of software installation and troubleshooting knowledge and experience.
- 3+ years of Tier 2 and Tier 3 Help Desk experience.
- 3+ years of experience with Crystal Reports, SQL, MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills Sound problem resolution, judgment and decision-making skills.
- Hands on experience supporting end user hardware and software problems at an advanced level.
Even better if you have:
- College degree in IT or related field.
- ITIL certification.
