Position: Technical Support Representative

Location: Richmond, VA 23220

Term: 2 months

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Provide end user technical support for both software and hardware.
  • Provide maintenance, implementation staging, reference documentation, production problem analysis, and technical support.
  • Provides hands on user support for complex issues related to software and hardware.

Is this a good fit? (Requirements):

  • 5+ years of personal Computer Hardware Knowledge.
  • 5+ years of software installation and troubleshooting knowledge and experience.
  • 3+ years of Tier 2 and Tier 3 Help Desk experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with Crystal Reports, SQL, MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills Sound problem resolution, judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Hands on experience supporting end user hardware and software problems at an advanced level.

Even better if you have:

  • College degree in IT or related field.
  • ITIL certification.
