Responsible for developing, executing, and managing all aspects of various levels for planned projects, or driving defined and/or identified project tasks to address issues and progression of a project that is moderately complex to more complex in nature.

Provide leadership and direction on all assigned projects or project tasks.

Responsible for planning and managing resources to execute projects or project components from inception through implementation.

May work directly with clients, customer (internal or external), and project and business leaders to identify analytical requirements and feed requirements to systems/report writers to support the needs of the business.

Drive development projects that support products or operational processes.

Design, develop, implement, and maintain business solutions around daily management reporting, executive level performance reporting, issue identification, etc. Interpret results using a variety of techniques.

Interpret requirements, identify, and communicates project scope and ensures program milestones and objectives are met.

Supports training, communications, and change management within the organization.

Responsible for reporting regular status updates to management and key project stakeholders.

Occasionally provides status to senior executives.

Establishes the appropriate project/team structure, reporting and metrics to measure and monitor performance against plan.

Provides ad hoc support to teams or management by collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and collating data, and reporting and representing the results.

Develop SQL queries and Excel Macros or run scripts for reporting purposes.

Develop project plans that are actionable with timelines and owners and with demonstrated abilities to overcome challenges, as well as providing recommendations for issue resolution.

Participate in project meetings involving customers, leaders, partners, and cross-functional teams.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

4 or more years of Telecommunications, Engineering, or Technical Project Management experience.

Proficient with program, project, and quality management methodologies.

Demonstrated ability to perform simple to moderate process and analytical analysis.

Strong oral and written communications skills.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong working knowledge of MS Project, SureTrak or equivalent project management software.

Developing Power BI, Tableau or Qlik reports.
-
Ability to develop Power BI, Tableau or Qlik reports.
-
Formal project management training through an accredited project management education provider.
-
Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI) or a similar certification.
