Responsibilities include: 
  • Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects
  • Decide on suitable strategies and objectives for various projects
  • Coordinate cross-project activities with key stakeholders from various teams
  • Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
  • Apply change, risk and resource management
  • Assume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors
  • Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
  • Resolve project scope, quality and deadline issues
  • Prepare reports for program directors


  • 6-8 years of hands-on experience as a Program Manager
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent knowledge of modern program/project management tools
  • Experience working with waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Experience leading digital marketing projects and understanding of marketing metrics
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
  • PMP Certification
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • BSc/BA diploma in management or a relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
