Technical Process Analyst

Grow your career as a Technical Process Analyst with an innovative global bank in Irving, TX or Jacksonville, FL. Long-term contract with excellent growth potential. Will start working remotely until offices reopen, then will be required to be onsite 2-3 days per week.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide support of user community/stakeholders during development and implementation phases to ensure compliance with SDLC Procedures, including Waterfall, Agile and Small enhancement efforts.
  • Identify and communicate risks and impacts and propose risk mitigation options, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.
  • Support business and technology clients, partner with multiple management teams and other units to meet organizational objectives while complying with SDLC and company standards/policies.
  • Evaluate existing processes for improvement opportunities, includes the use of value stream analysis by analyzing existing and planned processes, systems as they align with industry standards.
 
Qualifications:
  • 6-10 years of experience that includes Project/Program Management, Software Development Lifecycles, Application Development and/or Application Testing Methodologies.
  • Project Management certified (PMP or Agile Certifications preferred).
  • Experience with all methodologies and phases of Software Development Life Cycle (including development and testing).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the principles of business analysis and business management.
  • Capable of independently leading project-based efforts to drive closure and successful deployment and adoption.
