Position: Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Coordinator
Location: Bannockburn, IL, 60015
Term: 6 months
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide support to internal Talent Acquisition colleagues as well as Hiring Managers and internal/external candidates. The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for supporting candidates throughout the new hire on-boarding process. Initiating and submitting documentation for drug and background investigations; checks status, and follows-up with candidates and hiring managers, as appropriate. Prepares and sends offer letters via DocuSign and monitors for their completion. Ensures that all paperwork for new hires has been completed and finalized in SuccessFactors. Follows up with managers/supervisors regarding any and all missing information. Verifies completeness of team member information, including auditing of I-9 Form documentation, in accordance with established procedures. Provides superior candidate experience throughout the new hire process.

Skills required:
Must have experience working in a recruiting agency or corporate setting with new hires,
Experience with SuccessFactors is a big plus or similar HR/ATS systems
Knowledge of employment laws that impact recruiting
Highly organized
Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets
Ability to multi-task and function well in a detail oriented environment
Eagerness to work in collaboration in fast moving/changing environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have experience maintaining confidentiality
Flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels, manage multiple priorities and a self-starter that is motivated and demonstrates initiative to meet business/department needs
