Talent Acquisition Manager

This Flower Mound, TX based industry leader has an immediate contract-to-hire or direct hire opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager.  Will be responsible for full lifecycle corporate recruitment from posting, recruitment, offer negotiation, and onboarding.  Will be recruiting for a wide range of corporate openings from customer service up to senior leadership/VP roles.   Will be managing the Org Chart for the United States and will be reporting all of the temporary resources.  In the future (6-18 months out) will help hire internal recruiters and this position will involve some management responsibilities. Training will also be reporting to this role. Requires working onsite Monday-Friday.  This position requires:
  • 3+ years of Corporate Recruiting/Talent Acquisition experience. 
  • Experience with job posting, recruiting, offer negotiation, and onboarding new hires.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Jobvite knowledge/experience is a plus).
  • Stable work history and excellent communication skills.
  • HR background (ie. Degree, Internship, experience, etc.)
  • Strong market knowledge.
  • Talent Acquisition leadership experience is preferred.
