Position: Talent Acquisition Advisor
Location: Remote
Term: 3 months Contract


Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Apply selection processes including a thorough needs analysis, selection criteria, interview process flow, and selling strategies to ensure the selection and hiring of the best candidate for all openings.
  • Consult with hiring managers and interview panels about talent acquisition strategies and tactics, legal requirements, and appropriate candidate assessment and management techniques.
  • Create the optimal candidate experience by identifying the key decision levers, developing a sell strategy, and creating candidate experiences and offers that successfully close the hire.
  • Partner closely with the talent recruiting team to ensure their sourcing and recruitment strategies align with the needs of the hiring managers.
  • Lead status update meetings with client stakeholders as required.
  • Help develop robust workforce plans that distill into TA plans for each new fiscal year; monitor and adjust these plans on a quarterly basis to match the business environment at the Company.
  • Become subject matter expert in recruiting market developments, competitive trends, compensation and other relevant areas, share knowledge with key stakeholders.

Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
  • 3 to 5 years of corporate functions recruiting experience, preferably in a technology, sales, or a growth environment, ideally both external agency and corporate organization.
  • Advanced consulting skills with a demonstrated ability to successfully shape and motivate senior stakeholders.
  • Good project management skills, including appropriate use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other talent acquisition tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and take on additional assignments as needed.
  • Broad understanding of current business trends, strategies, and effectively utilize data to guide decision making.
  • Desire to win by using expert negotiation skills, employing value selling strategies, and anticipating objections to result in a successful candidate offer.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment with ambiguity.
