Are you an experienced data entry resource with excellent customer service skills? If so we have a 6 month + contract that could utilize your skills. In this roll you will review verbal and electronic prior authorization requests for the insurance industry. This may include but is not limited to: receives incoming calls daily from providers and/or patients seeking assistance, make outbound calls as needed and process group mailers. 

Anticipated Job duties:
-May approve, deny, dismiss/early close or withdraw prior authorizations of medication according to guidelines as defined by the client.
-Answers incoming calls on a daily basis and in a timely manner. Assists callers with questions regarding approval or denial on medications. Researches issues and resolves the issue.
-Document caller’s questions, issues, and resolution.
-Data enters information into database. Corrects errors, if needed.
- Process requests for information (RFIs) for client accounts.
-Performs monitoring tasks of the database. Notifies management of errors and/or problems
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
-Executes tasks and quality assurance associated with the printing and mailing of letters for client operations.

This assignment will start out remotely and then when come on site mid May.  Work days are Sunday - Thursday 8-5. Background check and drug test required for on boarding.
