• Applied experience designing for responsive web and native applications; mobile (iOS and Android) design experience preferred

• Passion for sharing design strategies with fellow designers, product managers and engineers to deliver better, more user-centered products

• Experience with either front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or prototyping tools that approximate these technologies

• Excellent communication and data visualization skills

• Ability to bring internal stakeholders on design journey and explain designs with focus and efficiency

• Knowledge of prototyping methodologies and practices, user research methodologies and A/B test planning/execution
