Title: Sr. Software Engineer, Enterprise Apps
Job Description: To improve our Customer Experience, we are looking for an experienced Sr. Software Engineer to help with our LivePerson implementation and unlock Chat as our next support intake model. You will be the primary point of contact to engineer new workflows, integrate with Salesforce and internal services, and help drive native machine learning text analysis. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is passionate to learn new things with minimal direction/oversight and can wear multiple hats. You will report to the Sr. Manager of Customer Experience and Product, and be part of the larger Customer Experience Organization.

- 4+ years active use of 1 of: Java, Python, Go, Ruby
