Title: Sr Software Engineer, Enterprise Apps
To improve our institutional onboarding experience, we are looking for an experienced Sr. Software Engineer to help with our Unqork implementation and help reduce our time to onboard net new clients. You will be the primary point of contact to engineer new workflows, integrate with Salesforce and internal services, and identify and reduce manual work through automation. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is passionate to learn new things with minimal direction/oversight and can wear multiple hats. You will report to the Sr. Manager of Customer Experience and Product, and be part of the larger Customer Experience Organization. Sr. Software Engineer focused on implementing Unqork, designing workflows, setting up integrations with our infrastructure, and partnering with stakeholders for our institutional onboarding process.
- 3+ years of experience with Unqork
- Advanced knowledge of Unqork workflows and integration patterns
