Job Description: 

As a Sr. Program Manager on the Brand Design team, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and managing all creative brand projects. You are the connector and problem solver. You will enable teams to focus their time on designing by managing project scope and scale. You will closely track milestones, remove roadblocks, adjust capacity to ensure deadlines are met and workload is balanced. You will report on key project timeline and success metrics and advocate for holistic, on brand, design solutions with stakeholders. You have experience leading cross functional design efforts in the digital space between design and development teams. You are able to distill complexity into clarity, and clearly articulate design requirements and specifications for all project milestones. You are process and data driven, with the ability to identify and solve friction points throughout a project’s workflow. You thrive in a creative environment, and are able to communicate the value of strategic design solutions to outside stakeholders. This is a highly cross-functional role and will be a key contributor to all design initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Create understandable and effective project requirement documentation for cross functional alignment
  • Day-to-day management of design team and projects to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery from intake, briefing, creative development, to review cycles for all brand related projects
  • Lead project kick-off meetings with stakeholders and cross functional creative, development and production teams
  • Ensure efficient design to development handoff, redlining, and visual QA
  • Removing roadblocks, identifying risks and escalating issues to design leaders and stakeholders
  • Continuously examine, experiment, and measure improvements to project management workflow
  • Author org-wide resources and documentation to help improve the design project planning and execution process
  • Facilitate project retrospectives to collect feedback, draw out lessons learned, and document best practices
  • Manage and maintain initiatives on the brand design roadmap quarter over quarter
  • Fostering collaborative ways of working and contribute to a culture of excellence
Requirements:
  • You have 5-7 years of experience in project management, design operations or producer role
  • Have a talent for communicating with multiple groups of stakeholders, and managing deadlines and requirements
  • Deep understanding of the design process – experience working within an agile design structure is ideal
  • Have a passion for delivering impactful and engaging design solutions for web
  • Have a track record of launching and executing projects from scratch and measuring their impact
  • Are able to drive a group to a prioritization decision and manage scope to mitigate the implications to designers
  • Are great at explaining design and web concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Effective leadership and interpersonal skills, cool under pressure, meets challenges bravely, with a high level of adaptability and resilience
  • Enjoy creating structure and process in an often unstructured, rapidly changing environment
  • Experience using tools such as Figma, Jira, Asana, and Adobe CC
  • Enjoy optimizing for efficiency and using these insights to drive future improvements
  • Open-minded, respectful, patient, solution-oriented team player
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
