Job Description:
  • Accomplished Business Leader with P&L responsibility, spearheading sales and customer engagements
  • Deep expertise in managing CxO level relationships and driving the design, sales and delivery of state-of-the-art Digital and Consulting solutions 
  • Cross-functional industry expertise in emerging & growth markets
  • Track record managing large BFSI accounts with P&L responsibilities and driving profitable growth
  • Defining account specific business growth strategy built on domain consulting strengths. Focus on growing the consulting competency with higher billing rates and margins. Help in creating new business opportunities & new business wins (revenue and order value) 
  • Ability to drive large transformation programs around Cloud, DAAI, Digital & Consulting
  • Track record of building a strong and empowered team
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage complex customer environment 
  • Focused on Customer excellence and delivery excellence
  • Ability to get to details, analyze the situation to bring the best of organization and integrated solution
  • Build and nurture partnerships with key client business stakeholders. Drive pro -active pitches leveraging right fit domain and digital offerings to guide client’s transformation initiatives 
  • Develop thought leadership on client’s business and set long-term aspiration and annual goals 
  • Seek to understand Client’s business objectives to ensure the client's solutions/offerings are positioned appropriately
  • Collaborate with delivery, solution teams, Service lines and other support functions to ensure client expectations are managed, and delivered
  • Deliver and demand the highest levels of client service by partnering with leaders from other SLs teams to align objectives, improve relationships and processes
  • Identify incremental revenue opportunities and scale accordingly 
  • Responsible for hiring/nurturing top talent in consulting across various industry verticals
  • Monitor and provide timely and accurate forecasts of sales opportunities and pipelines
  • Improve the client's positioning as a thought-leader among clients and market eco-system (analysts, advisors, industry events)
