Position: Solution Architect/Communications – Digital Workplace/Intranet

Location: Chesterbrook, PA 19087

Term: 3 Months

You will work closely with the VP of Corporate IT technology, Director/Product Manager Communications and key business leadership team members. 

Strategic Goals/ Responsibilities
Leads the technology evaluation during an RFP process seeking solutions for a Digital Workplace Experience software
Ensure the selection meets business requirements and aligns to IT’s technology roadmap and best practices.
Document current state architecture to provide frame of reference and identify known issues/constraints
Develop an end state architecture required to meet the business strategic goals
Responsible for analysis, design, estimation, and development of a product roadmap including high level implementation plan
Work with product owner, business owner(s) and functional leads to proactively assist in direction setting and provide technical guidance as needed
Lead technical discussions relative to selection and end state

Skill / Experience Requirements
Must possess broad knowledge across multiple technical platforms and be able to draw on skills and experience to maximize solution design.
In depth knowledge of multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments and public and private cloud hosting environments.
Knowledge of infrastructure, application, data, and security design patterns and requirements and the impacts of cloud technology on those patterns
Intranet / Digital Workplace technologies for example but not required Sitecore, SharePoint On Line, Akumina Workspaces
Hands experience with architecting cloud based technology solutions
Able to understand an enterprise environment that spans multiple business units and advance solutions that must adhere to IT Security and enterprise infrastructure requirements

Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Programming/Systems, Computer Science, Engineering (any) or related field
