Position: Solution Architect
Location: Atlanta, GA 30309
Term:  6 months
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Product owners, Development team and System Implementer in an agile environment to understand requirements, perform fit-gap analysis and to design, develop, and implement Oracle financials on Cloud.
  • Assist System Implementer in configuring Oracle financials Cloud environment as needed.
  • Possess expert level knowledge of key processes like Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Tax, Consolidation, Planning and budgeting etc. and utilize that knowledge to provide robust technology solutions.
  • Work with Product owners to develop test strategy and author test plans as required for application releases.
  • Document system functions and cross functional processes.
  • Provide a system-wide architectural view of the functional and technology solutions that are built.
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer science, engineering, Accounting or Finance.
  • 7 years’ experience Oracle financials applications implementation and 3 years on Oracle cloud.
  • Implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud financial systems with focus on Account Payables, Account Receivables, Advanced Global Intercompany System, iProcurement, General Ledger, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, and Project Costing.
  • Experience working on migration from Oracle On-Premise to Oracle Cloud financial.
  • Hands on experiences in using FBDI, ADFDI templates.
  • Experience in configuring in Oracle cloud financials, designing FRS Reports, Allocation Manager, OTBI Reports etc.
  • Hands on work experience in Fusion accounting hub.
  • Experience with converting data from legacy on premise applications to Oracle financials cloud including developing data cleansing strategy, lead data extraction, cleansing, coordinate with legacy developers on data validation and sign off on data validation each conversion cycle from Technology point of view.
  • Experience with data archival strategy, design and implementation.
  • Ability to understand technical aspects including reading / writing code and be able to help development team in analysis and debug when needed.
  • Demonstrate capabilities to understand application landscape, various touch points and impact analysis.
  • Ability to work as a team and collaborate in an Agile environment.
  • Experience within financial services. (including asset management)
  • Be product agnostic and is willing to learn, implement and maintain other financial applications as necessary.
