Position: SoftPro Help Desk Support
Location: Raleigh, North Carolina, 27609
Term: 6 months
 
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Provide a high level of customer service to each customer he/she works with at all times.
  • Experience working in an inbound and outbound call center remotely assisting customers with installations of our software suite of products.
  • Possess and maintain an overall understanding of the tools used in performing job services including, but not limited to:
o Windows 2008 or later.
o SQL Server 2005/Express or later.
o Desktop Operating Systems. (Win7 or later)
o Grasp of Terminal Server/Citrix.
o Office 2003 or later.
o General Networking troubleshooting.
  • Experience with remote desktop control solutions. (WebEx, Go To Assist, etc)
  • Accurately document all customer issues, resolution steps, and gather feedback in support tracking software.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
 
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
  • 2 years of previous Customer Service experience.
  • Great attitude and feel comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
  • Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong Problem Solving, analysis and testing skills.
  • Must have basic troubleshooting experience with:
o Windows 2008 or later.
o SQL Server 2005/Express or later.
o Desktop Operating Systems. (Win7 or later)
o Grasp of Terminal Server/Citrix.
o Office 2003 or later.
  • Proficient with troubleshooting & correcting client server network connectivity issues.
  • Experience with remote desktop control solutions. (WebEx, Go To Assist, etc)
  • Work effectively in a team environment contributing to the overall growth of the entire team.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, exhibit concise written and verbal communication skills, have strong organizational skills.
