Position: SharePoint Analyst
Location: CHARLOTTE, North Carolina, 28282
Term: 12 months

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that Microsoft SharePoint Online solutions are designed, configured, built, tested and adopted by users.
    • Serve as a key member of a delivery team executing with agile practices (scrum, Kanban, and rapid iterative development).
    • Engage with Product Owners and delivery team members with professionalism.
    • Assess our solution offerings against Product Owner needs.
    • Attend and participate in routines/meetings to support refinement of requirements.
    • Create and align designs to architecture pattern standards.
    • Estimate sizing of effort and end-to-end project timeline.
    • Influence testing approach for each effort.
    • Execute train the trainer exercises and support user trainings.
  • Use technical skills to:
    • Individually contribute to creating and design of SharePoint Online sites.
    • Using the tools in the Microsoft Power Platform to build standard and bespoke business functionality.
    • Achieve excellence in utilization with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and/or Power Visual Agents (Power Platform).
  • Support updating of project status reporting and present/defend our key messages about project health.
  • Support updating of RAID log (risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies).
  • Support product owner with building and updating roadmaps and implementation plans, upon request.

Is this a good fit? (Requirements):

  • 2+ years Microsoft SharePoint Online experience.
  • 2+ years Microsoft Power Platform experience (specifically Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Technical skills in Sharepoint online and MS Power Platform required.
  • Customer and partner focused.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Patient, flexible, organized.
  • Able to logically tackle and solve complex issues, using good analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently with little direction and supervision.
  • Detail oriented, organized and able to manage multiple activities and responsibilities.
  • Able to persuade others towards a common objective

Preferred experience:

  • 4+ years in agile delivery.
