Do you have a strong ServiceNow technical background and can be hands on technically with ServiceNow but also have management experience and can lead a small team? We are looking for a ServiceNow Development Manager who will build a small team to support our ServiceNow implementation and enhancements. We currently have ServiceNow implemented but are looking to hire our own team. This role will be hands on so you won't lose your technical skills and over a short period of time, you will build a team of ServiceNow professionals and will lead and manage this team.
To be considered qualified for this new opportunity, you should have the following experience:
The role will lead to you leading a team of SNOW Developers and you will stay hands on technically with SNOW so you don't lose your technical skills.
- Technical designer / developer for ServiceNow code and architecture, responsible for overall ServiceNow code quality
- 3rd party Integrations and automation with ServiceNow using LDAP, Single Sign-on, Mid server, Web-services, ServiceNow Apps, and Email.
- Implementation experience on various ITSM modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, CMDB and Service Catalog Requests.
- Expert experience working with CMDB data models and populating CMDB using the ServiceNow Discovery tool and other 3rd party tools like SCCM, NAC, etc.
This is a full time employee role so you must be able to work legally for any US employer without sponsorship. As for location, while you will work remotely for this role, we do want someone that is close to one of our offices in one of the following locations: Dallas, Houston, Tampa, or New York. There will be an occasional need to go to the office in one of these cities but the role will be primarily working from your home office.
