Our established client is seeking a Service Desk / End User Technical Support consultant for a long-term contract position in Sandy Springs. In this role, you will provide remote and onsite technical support.

Required skills:

  • 5+ years of experience providing phone and desktop technical support to a very large organization.
  • 5+ years of experience troubleshooting and OS imaging on Windows 7/8.
  • 5+ year of experience working in a helpdesk environment.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and managing tickets.
  • Familiar with Active Directory and remote desktop tools.
  • Advanced workstation and printer network connectivity troubleshooting skills, including wireless.

Preferred skills:

  • A+ and Network+ certifications.
  • Prior experience in an education sector.
