Our established client is seeking a Service Desk / End User Technical Support consultant for a long-term contract position in Sandy Springs. In this role, you will provide remote and onsite technical support.
- 5+ years of experience providing phone and desktop technical support to a very large organization.
- 5+ years of experience troubleshooting and OS imaging on Windows 7/8.
- 5+ year of experience working in a helpdesk environment.
- Experience with ticketing systems and managing tickets.
- Familiar with Active Directory and remote desktop tools.
- Advanced workstation and printer network connectivity troubleshooting skills, including wireless.
- A+ and Network+ certifications.
- Prior experience in an education sector.
