- 4-7 years of technical recruiting experience (Corporate and/or Agency).
- 4-7 years experience recruiting for Software Engineering/Data Engineering roles. Prefer experience recruiting on Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, React, iOS, Android, and/or AWS.
- Ability to handle change and work independently with little supervision.
- Experience with sourcing and recruiting 5-15+ technical positions simultaneously.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems - Greenhouse or Workday preferred.
- Experience recruiting on Data Analytics or Product Management roles is a plus.
- Developing, researching and identifying prospective talent providing a pipeline of qualified candidates. Acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers for job opening requirements.
- Defining, refining, executing and communicating search strategies. Acting as an expert in assigned regions, line of businesses, functions and technologies.
- Analyzing industry, product and geographical trends in talent. Determining appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions.
- Promoting the company image to candidates and external service providers. Documenting and evaluating recruiting and candidate interview process.
- Negotiating and/or supporting hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers. Professionals at the higher levels may specialize in technical recruiting and/or highly specialized executive searches.
- Managing tools, resources and technologies in identifying talent.
- Conducting employment background checks as needed.
- Working with agencies, recruiting contractors and/or internet website representatives when conducting employment advertising campaigns.
- May develop, support and maintain college recruiting, affirmative action and career development programs. May also assist with the immigration process and administration as a liaison with immigration attorneys.
