This international banking and financial services industry leader has an immediate 6-12 month contract opportunity for a Senior Technical Recruiter. Will consider candidates anywhere on the East Coast with a preference for Tampa, FL. Will be responsible for working with the direct placement suppliers to fill full-time technical roles across the organization. Will be the liaison between the suppliers and the hiring managers and will be responsible for intake calls with the hiring managers, communicating the requirements to to the suppliers, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and facilitating offers. This position requires:
- 10 years of technical recruiting experience (corporate or agency).
- 5+ years of experience within the Banking/Financial Services industry.
- Strong understanding of the SDLC.
- Well organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage the complexities of a large organization.
- Stable work history
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
