Looking for a new opportunity where you can leverage your experience as Senior Business Analyst and be a part of a newly formed Enterprise PMO?   We are hiring for a Technical Business Analyst who will be working with our business users and outside clients to elicit and document requirements for various digital solutions our IT team is building.   We are looking for someone that ideally has worked not only with internal business users but been "client facing" as well.   The role will involve eliciting requirements via interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, site visits and other methods.   In many cases, you may need to decompose high level business requirements into functional requirements and be able at times to represent requirements with alternate views such as diagrams, prototypes, etc. where appropriate.  You will also participate in requirements prioritization and help to facilitate the negotiation of requirements among multiple stakeholders.

For this new opportunity, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • 5+ years of Business Analysis experience
  • 3+ years of Project Management knowledge
  • Knowledge of functional areas of business and related company products
  • Ability to establish oneself as a trusted advisor to client, project team and APCO colleagues
  • Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills for handling multiple and conflicting activities
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office, and Visio

This is a full time, permanent position in our organization which has been in business for over 20 years and based in Atlanta.    While this role will be predominately working from home, we are looking for someone who would, on occasion, be able to come into the office for key meetings as needed...thus we need someone that lives in the Atlanta area as we are located on the NE side of Atlanta.

If this opportunity is a good match for your skills and interest, please apply now so we can discuss this with you in more detail.

Candidates will be responsible for following the client's COVID-19 protocols. Please refer to your MATRIX representative for specifics.
