ETL Tech Lead
Long term contract located in St Louis Missouri or Charlotte NC. 
Hybrid in office schedule.

Position: ETL Tech Lead 
Location: SAINT LOUIS, Missouri, 63103; Charlotte, NC
Term: 24 months

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Day to day responsibilities are perform role of tech lead building complex systems to satisfy brokerage business requirements. 
  • Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments.
  • Contribute to large scale planning of strategies.
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments.
  • Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures.
  • Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals.
  • Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff.


Is this a good fit? (Requirements):

  • Looking for strong SQL, preferably in Oracle, with informatic development skills in a data warehouse environment.
  • Some basic understanding of CLOUD could be useful. 
  • Informatica and Linux for our code dev; Sql Developer for analysis; Git, Jenkins and Udeploy for CI/CD; Software Development Lifecycle Tracker for SDLC work efforts and prove compliance; ServiceNow for change management, Jira boards for Agile.
  • Coding ability is required, preferable in large Oracle SQL, as well as Informatica and KAFKA.
  • Ideally a person that could lead other highly technical teammates. 
  • 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education.
