Position: Senior Recruiter (Remote)
Location: Raleigh, NC 27609 - Remote
Term: 6 months
 
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Create, lead, and implement talent scouting initiatives and strategies aligned with business priorities.
  • Create and maintain healthy talent pipelines for both open and anticipated roles.
  • Create, lead, and implement diversity and inclusion (D&I) talent initiatives and strategies aligned with business priorities.
  • Proactively identify, engage, and motivate passive top talent to join Red Hat through events and meetup networking, marketing campaigns, social networking, ambassador program, and Avature.
  • Partner with North America (NA) TA team to promote collaboration and aim for delivery excellence
  • Take responsibility for providing candidate market intelligence to support talent strategy initiatives.
  • Proactively research and investigate new ideas and channels to assist in creating innovative sourcing strategies.

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience.
  • Ability to engage candidates and represent our brand appropriately.
  • Proven organizational skills; ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks in an environment that is always evolving and with competing demands.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of technology.
  • Excellent social networking skills.
  • Ability to establish solid business partner relationships and achieve desired results.
  • Solid negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to develop meaningful and long-term internal and external relationships.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATSs) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. (Avature)
  • Solid attention to detail.
  • Motivated with the ability to work on your own within a fast-paced environment with frequent changes of priorities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed. (25% Travel)
