Long term contract opportunity in New Berlin, WI for a Senior Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • May be required to process employment applications.
  • May be required to prepare badges for permanent/contract employees and other as needed.
  • Type and process routine letters, memos, reports, forms, or other materials.
  • Assist in record-keeping and maintenance of filing systems related to department supported.
  • Answer inquiries and provide information and assistance on routine policy questions related to departmental assignments, requiring interpretation and discussion.
  • Issue parking stickers to visitors.
  • Responsible for turning on lights and unlocking doors at 745AM.
  • Mail Management: Will be responsible for sorting, routing, mailing.
  • Password resets for timeclock.
  • Sort checks, send to accounts payable.
  • Answer phone and meet/greet any visitors at door.
  • Responsible for taking temperatures at the front.
  • Lobby Management: All visitors/employees must use front entrance from 8AM - 5PM.
  • Will be required to learn/work within multiple systems (i.e., badging, timeclock, Microsoft Office).
  • High School diploma/GED required.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Secretary/Admin/Receptionist role. Would like to see multiple organizations on resume and not just one long career at one company.
