Position: Senior Receptionist
Location: New Berlin, WI, 53151 
Term: 12 Months Contract
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • May be required to process employment applications.
  • May be required to prepare badges for permanent/contract employees and other as needed.
  • Type and process routine letters, memos, reports, forms, or other materials.
  • Assist in record-keeping and maintenance of filing systems related to department supported.
  • Answer inquiries and provide information and assistance on routine policy questions related to departmental assignments, requiring interpretation and discussion.
  • Issue parking stickers to visitors.
  • Responsible for turning on lights and unlocking doors at 7:45AM.
  • Mail management – will be responsible for sorting, routing, mailing.
  • Password resets for timeclock.
  • Sorting checks, sending to accounts payable.
  • Answering phone and meet/greet any visitors at door.
  • Responsible for taking temperatures at the front.
  • Lobby Management - All visitors/employees must use front entrance from 8AM - 5PM.
  • Will be required to learn/work within multiple systems (i.e., badging, timeclock, Microsoft Office).
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • 5+ years in Secretary/Admin/Receptionist role.
  • Recognizes that individual goals contribute toward accomplishing team outcomes.
  • Generally, applies fundamental service techniques and adheres to proper customer procedures when interacting with customers.
  • Demonstrates the ability to follow through with work assignments and support management's policies and procedures.
  • Exhibits good listening skills and identifies verbal and non-verbal situations fairly well.
  • Displays a compassionate attitude toward the needs of others.
  • Attempts to stay abreast of changes in the profession by participating in at least one development activity during the year.
  • Remains professional during stressful situations.
