Position: Project Manager
Location: CHARLOTTE, North Carolina, 28262
Term: 18 months
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Provide program-specific support to exams and regulatory responses. Serve as liaison between LOBs, Regulatory Relations and other interested business functions (i.e. Internal Audit).
- Triage and prepare detailed recommendations for at risk high impact / high risk programs.
- Act as an advisor to leadership to develop or influence success of programs, project performance and prioritization for planning, communications, and engagements across change management.
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring full understanding of project impacts and comprehensive engagement.
- Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale and require planning and progression, financial management, status reporting, effective communication and ongoing risk assessment.
- Provide vision, direction and expertise to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are companywide to support operations using organizational, strategical, institutional knowledge and navigation to anticipate change impacts.
- Engage with key stakeholders, executive leadership, project leads, project team, portfolio sponsors and portfolio leaders to promote success of programs and project performance or prioritization.

Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
- 7+ years of Project Management and Methodologies, Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
- Able to work effectively through fast paced and stressful environments under tight deadlines and Executive level scrutiny.
- Strong skills with Executive level communication in addition to standard project management communication expectation.
- Comfortable working directly with senior leaders to solve business problems from strategy to delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity, evaluate available data and form a structured work product that meets program and business partner needs/requirements.
- Experienced assessing and developing remediation plans for large at risk programs/projects.
- Proven presentation skills and ability to quickly synthesize data.
- Comfortable making decisions without full view of all impacts and the experience to pivot when additional data becomes available.
- Demonstrated success at short term stakeholder relationship building and management.
- Lead establishment of governance routines while concurrently executing and managing day-to-day- activities.
- Experience leading a variety of large, high profile and complex regulatory programs including people/process, mergers and acquisitions, technology; Executive level reporting experience.
- Experience managing highly sensitive information/programs.
