Terrific 6+ contract opportunity (with possibility of converting to perm) for a Senior Agile Coach.  Will be a crucial member of the finance transformation. Will help the Head of Finance Transformation progress the finance transformation utilizing the SAFe Agile methodology.  Deep leadership, problem-solving, communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, colleagues in the following areas: finance, the businesses, risk, operations and technology. 

Responsibilities:
•    Provide Agile coaching using expertise in Agile Scrum, SAFe – All aspects, Extreme Programming, Test driven development and Kanban principles, methods and techniques
•    Guide teams through Agile lifecycle management tool - Jira
•    Mentor: Focusing on people and Continuous Improvement all the time; provide team a platform for improvement not only during the retro but all the time. Create a safe environment for healthy conflict and meaningful collaboration.
•    Deliver effective training classes on a variety of Agile transformation related topics as well as contribute to customer design.

Qualifications:
•    10 years delivering projects in an Agile manner within Enterprise level environments.
•    5 years delivering in SAFe environment.
•    3+ years of experience with OKR Frameworks.
•    Agile coaching experience in enterprise-level organizations.
•    Must have strong understanding of general business and financial terms (P&L, month end close, etc.)
•    Prefer exposure to the banking or finance function domain.
•    Experience working with multiple layers within a company.
•    Experience combining agile and waterfall as needed to deliver enterprise wide SAFe initiatives.
•    Passionate about Agile ceremonies, running workshops (sprint, retrospective, planning sessions, ad hoc, etc.)
•    Ability to articulate problems and solutions.
•    Ability to manage organizational change initiatives.
•    Influence through effective formal and informal presentations with both small and large audience.
•    Ability to interact with all levels of organization in a professional, diplomatic and tactful manner.
•    Proven ability to guide the breaking down of large-scale projects into SMART incremental objectives.
•    Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
•    Agile, SAFe Certifications are a plus.
•    Prefer background in Risk, Operations, Technology background in Software Development, Product Management, or Technologist roles.
