Grow your career as a Senior Network Security Analyst with an innovative global bank in Fort Lauderdale, FL/Rutherford, NJ/Jacksonville, FL/Tampa, FL/Irving, TX. Long-term contract with excellent growth potential. Will start working remotely until offices reopen, then will be required to be onsite 2-3 days per week. Will mainly be responsible for Network Security Projects. Will ensure the execution of Information Security directives and activities in alignment with the company’s data security policy.
Interface with the business and application teams, understand functional business and technical connectivity requirements, translate the business/application/technical network connectivity requirements into actionable change requests for Network Engineering, Firewall & Proxy Operations, Load Balancer Engineering and System Administrators and Engineering.
Network & security projects technical work including B2B, users and or Servers/Applications Migrations, New E-Trading Infrastructure Builds Projects for company’s business globally.
Provide technical reviews on all firewall and proxy network connectivity registrations in CCR. Process Network Security Access Controls requests, Load Balancer requests.
Provide technical oversight functions in processing Network, Firewall, Proxy, SEC ACL, Network Segmentation, Linux & Unix Server connectivity requests and perform risk assessments to ensure that the connectivity is compliant with the company’s Information Security Standards and Information Security Policies.
Liaise with multiple technology teams (i.e., CATE Network Engineering; Proxy OPs and Integration; Perimeter Security Ops; System Based Computing; Remote Access Services and Business Information Security Officers); to facilitate cross-functional solutions as it relates to External & Internal Network connectivity aligning with the company’s Information Security Standards. Modality solutions include (but not limited to) RAS, B2B, Firewall, Proxy, SEC ACL, Network Segmentation, and 3rd Party Architecture (TPA) solutions.
Technical work includes New E-Trading Infrastructure Builds Projects related to Data Networking (Cisco & Juniper Routers/Switches & Network Security (Checkpoint, Juniper & Palo Alto Firewalls), On-Boarding new clients on the existing and new Equities, FX, Rates, TTS Trading Platforms infrastructures in EMEA, NAM, APAC, LATAM, B2B, users and or Servers/Applications Migrations, Network Security Senior Analyst to provide technical reviews on all Firewalls and Proxy Network Connectivity registrations in CCR, Lead to process Network Security Access Controls SECACL requests, Load Balancer requests.
Bachelor’s degree/University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Information Systems or equivalent experience in Data Networking and Network Security Technologies.
5-8 years of extensive Data Networking & Network Security Experience with Cisco Routers & Switches, Checkpoint Firewalls, Juniper Networks Firewalls, Palo Alto Network Firewalls.
CCNA, CCNP certifications required. Certifications with Checkpoint & Juniper is nice to have.
Experience at a global bank or global financial institution is preferred.
