Position: SAP Functional Analyst
Location: Remote
Term: 7 Months Contract

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Work as an expert on interfacing Cybersource Payment Gateway with SAP S/4HANA
Help implement Payment gateway and associated interfaces with SAP S/4HANA EX environment to meet the client's requirements
Configure SAP S/4HANA for Payment Cards, Credit Cards and other forms of Payments, build end-to-end prototypes for various scenarios including cards denials/ re authorization and new authorizations
Prepare Functional Specifications, review Technical specification, write and conduct unit tests, conduct integration testing, participate in writing use cases and user accept testing (UAT)
Work on various OTC processes such as Sales, Billing, pricing and shipping processes including interfacing with 3rd party logistics providers
Work on conversion activities as required for Payment processing transactions
Prepare master data, define Functional User Tests and various scenarios required for payment processing transactions (including interfacing with Payment Gateway)
Work closely with Order to Cash and Finance functional teams and other teams such as SAP technical team, interfaces development team and e-commerce teams as required by the project tasks
Work on any assigned tasks and take the tasks to their completion in a timely manner and with acceptable quality, as defined by the program management
Work closely with technical teams; guide technical teams in developing the overall Payment processing solution
These are all high end consulting roles and requirespecialized experience in SAP software in differentindustries with different functionalities of the Business
This is a Computer/IT Analyst Architect role
The application of systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to determine hardware, software or system functional specifications experience is required in SAP technology
Design, development, documentation, analysis,creation, testing or modification of computer systems or programs in SAP Technology, including prototypes,based on and related to user or system design specifications experience

Is this a good fit? (Requirements):

Has thorough knowledge of interfacing Payment Gateway with SAP S/4HANA without use of SAP DPA
Has through knowledge of Payment Processing for multiple payment types using SAP S/4HANA and interfacing as well as development in the S4HC EX environment
Has a very good knowledge of Order to cash processes implementation in S/4HANA using Payment Cards / Payment services
Is an expert of configuring OTC processes in SAP S/4HANA environment using SAP best practices and pre-build scope items
Possess through knowledge of using SAP or third party APIs for interfacing Payment Gateway; has a very good understanding of SAP CPI framework and use of canonical model for interfacing
Has hands on experience in using various tools such as Google suite, Confluence, Jira, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and other collaboration tools
Functional expert in OTC processes and end to end payment processing functions such as pre-authorization, Payment Capture and Settlement and cash application treatment for PG related transactions
Independent worked with a little guidance in a large and complex SAP S/4HANA program / implementation
Should be able to lead teams during workshops, design reviews and solution implementation
A Leader who can steer through solution concept to implementation to successful user acceptance testing, provides leadership in his / her area of expertise to the client
Knowledge, deep understanding and Experience ofEnterprise resource Planning software – SAP is Required
Should have experience of Guiding & providingTraining to End Users around SAP- software solution
Specialized knowledge and certification in SAPTechnology is Huge plus
