Terrific 9+ months contract in Plano, TX for a Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant. Will leverage extensive experience to successfully design and implement a maintainable and scalable Service Cloud solution that meets company’s business requirements and contribute to its long-term success with Salesforce. Looking for a keen, enthusiastic, passionate and highly skilled team member who has a good experience with understanding complex ServiceCloud implementations and requirements. Will need to work with Agile/Scrum teams, follow Agile Principles and have excellent, collaborative communication skills.
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • To work as an enthusiastic project team member, eager to take on and complete the tasks of a sprint following the team defined processes.
  • Participate actively in all scrum ceremonies attended, such as daily stand up, retrospective, sprint planning and backlog refinement.
  • Demonstrate a good track record of developing actionable user stories and understanding the needs of stakeholders.
  • Develop & document business process & data flows as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with other scrum team members to ensure stories are completed in a timely manner while also meeting acceptance criteria and the Definition Of Done.
  • Play an active role in scrum teams communicating with scrum masters, fellow team members, Product Owners and stakeholders on need basis.
  • Positive approach towards the changes, and keen to engage with the team to resolve problems. Raise alerts with CCM project leadership as needed.
  • Negotiate with product owners and team members on the user stories and probe for acceptance criteria.
  • Assist with the refinement and contribution of stories to the product backlog.
  • Take initiative to resolve any technical or non-technical issues in the team.
  • Respectful to others in the team and be a role model for the new team members.
  • Have an urgent commitment to achieving the goals of every sprint and release.
  • Willingness and ability to stretch beyond one’s own comfort zone as needed to help the team achieve sprint goals.
 
Qualifications:
  • Understanding of complex and interconnected enterprise systems and how they are built.
  • Understanding of the architecture, data flows and interplay between various modules of the CCM ecosystem.
  • Extensive experience implementing Salesforce Service Cloud in Enterprise environments.
  • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • Experience working in Agile work environments and with Agile, Scrum at Scale teams.
  • Ability to perform business process design.
  • Ability to identify business scenarios for testing.
  • Facilitate issue resolution.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in computer science or management information systems (MIS).
  • Good track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Experience of complex IT environments with several internal IT and external business stakeholders.
  • Experience of complex integrated enterprise ecosystems.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in or with migration projects from Oracle Service Cloud or Siebel to Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Additional Salesforce Certifications.
  • Related Technical Certifications.
