Position: Salesforce Dashboard and Troubleshooting Specialist

Location: Remote – Ideally Dallas or Atlanta Based

Duration: 12 Months

Our client, a worldwide telecommunications leader is seeking an experienced Salesforce Dashboard and Troubleshooting Specialist to troubleshoot and handle chatter and  seller requests and to construct Salesforce Dashboards for a Phase 2 implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud. Some experience with Salesforce business analysis including gathering requirements, assess how requirements can be delivered declaratively, extract reporting impacts is a plus. The Salesforce Dashboard and Troubleshooting Specialist will have primary responsibility of troubleshooting and handling Chatter and Seller requests but will also work in partnership with the stakeholder team to fully understand the business requirements for the purposes of developing and creating complex reports and dashboards within the Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud platform. The Salesforce Dashboard and Troubleshooting Specialist will also work with the client Change and Adoption team to drive utilization of the tool, including within client Sales Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and handle Salesforce Chatter requests
  • Troubleshoot and handle Salesforce Seller requests
  • Work with client Change and Adoption team to fully understand Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud business requirements
  • Work in partnership with development resources on business needs
  • Define and create complex CRM reports and dashboards within the Salesforce Sales/Service cloud platform
  • Work in partnership with Change + Adoption team to drive utilization of the tool, including within Sales Operations.
  • Train client team on how to maintain and change/update reports, dashboards and campaigns

Required Experience/Skills:

  • 2-3 Years of Salesforce CRM Troubleshooting and Dashboard experience including experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Dashboard and Reporting tools (Lightning required Classic desired)
  • 1-3 years of experience creating complex Salesforce CRM reports and dashboards using multi-layered customer report types, joined reports, complex calculations (row level and summary formulas, cross block formulas) etc. to creatively solve business reporting needs
  • Salesforce Reporting/Dashboard experience within a large enterprise where Salesforce CRM implementation is more sophisticated and complex
  • Strong documentation skills, capturing discovery from stakeholder meetings, defining scope, developing process flow diagrams, and solution approaches.
  • Comfortable working with highly customized Salesforce environments, with complex data models and integrations with other systems
  • Strong consulting, problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Desired Experience/Skills?

  • 1-2 years of Salesforce/Vlocity CPQ dashboard and reporting experience
  • 2-3 years of Business Analyst experience with Salesforce CRM
  • 1-2 years of analytics experience with Tableau and/or EA (Einstein Analytics) Plus
  • Experience in the transformation of Sales Processes using Salesforce
  • Previous experience with AT&T sales processes is desired

Certifications:

Salesforce SFDC Admin Certification is a plus
Einstein Analytics Discovery Consultant certification is also a plus

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree
