Title: Salesforce DevOps & Release Engineer

Job Description:

Looking for a hands-on engineer to improve our current CI/CD solution, Copado. Our org has scaled to 60+ developers building features on Salesforce, and it has introduced bottlenecks in our deployment processes. In order to improve our velocity we are looking for a dedicated engineer to focus on the following:

  • Review current state implementation and update Copado to automate and remove bottlenecks in process
  • Develop customizations that Copado cannot support out of the box
  • Be able to resolve merge conflicts in Git
  • Transition our Salesforce format to SFDX source format


  • 2 Years of Copado experience
  • Copado certification
  • Transitioning to SFDX source format
  • Knowledge of SFDX plugins, terminal commands, and local development with VSCode
