Seeking a Salesforce Administrator for a contract to hire opportunity with our healthcare industry client.

Reporting to Sr. Vice President of IT, this person will provide Salesforce Administration and support the roadmap and operations to include the following Salesforce platforms: Sales Cloud, Health Cloud and Service Cloud with Integration. The Salesforce Administrator is a critical teammate tasked with owning the Salesforce.com CRM platform for Sales, Service, and Marketing. This teammate will not only execute the platform’s roadmap, but will also be heavily involved with the day to day care and feeding of the system. Serving as a Salesforce Administrator/Analyst as this person will gather requirements then translate to technical requirements for development and provide the appropriate level of Salesforce Administration and sometimes development and integration. Will keep close contact with leadership to understand organization KPI’s in order to develop the Salesforce Admin changes and keep in line with the roadmap. Agile methodology experience is desired and will be using this in sprint planning and backlog grooming in order to prioritize and deliver requests. The Admin in this role will perform QA prior to any changes being deployed and will provide transparent communication in relation to Salesforce changes and integration workflows across teams.

 

What you’ll get to do:

  • Apply detailed knowledge of business workflows you gain through the business interviews and scoping to the product enhancements
  • Work directly with the development team, answers questions related to acceptance criteria and ensure that the work performed meets customer expectations
  • Be a change agent who can work with internal teams to drive process improvements in an agile development environment. Working within an Agile framework to deliver your product in sprints or hybrid sprints, prioritizing your development team’s work with Scrum or Kanban and providing transparent communication to stakeholders and end users
  • Create and manage features that can be turned into technical development stories for the development team
  • Work to refine user stories, features and assist with rapid user feedback on a team using an outside-in development methodology
  • Identify and implement best practices and improvements to the product development process, with thoughtful evaluation of scalability and impact

Seeking candidates with the following:

  • 3-5+ years of Salesforce.com admin experience
  • Strong sense of personal accountability with ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Strong analytical, organization and documentation skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Detail oriented with a strong focus on quality
  • Ability to work with business partners successfully by being able to communicate technical content in non-technical manner
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Have the discipline for defining a roadmap of Minimal Viable/Valuable Product slices with enough detail to allow team execution
  • Ability to react quickly to complex situations; work with teammates, customers and outside organizations in a professional manner
  • Break down epic - level user stories into detail-level stories consumable and testable by a scrum team
  • Strong process engineering and process flow design w/ documentation
  • API development/interface experience
