Role:  Project Manger/Coordinator - Sales Enablement
Location:  Remote
Contract role  - Immediate start

Global SaaS Identity leader immediately seeking a Project Manager for a Part Time position (10-15 hours/week) to support project road-mapping activities that will include but not be limited to: tracking meeting notes, action item follow up, project stakeholder management, and timeline coordination.  Must haves: -1+ years of Project Management experience -Google Docs (G-Suite) experience

The Sales Enablement Project Manager will be responsible for guiding logistics around preparation for an ongoing major enablement project.    This individual should be focused on keeping the project organized, ensuring all team members know their action items and timeframes and help to hold all key stakeholders accountable for meeting the agreed upon due dates.  Resource will support remotely and can support any time zone. Work schedule is flexible and will be identified with the resource and manager directly.


  • Manage the logistics of all needed project planning meetings and employee facing trainings
  • Manage communications across all items related to the project
    • Meeting invitations
    • Email updates
    • Training Summary emails
    • Messaging to those who have missed sessions
  • Take detailed notes during Project Meetings, making sure to capture all action items
  • Provide Meeting Summary post meeting, capturing key details and action items
  • Create and manage a formal project plan (Gantt Chart or equivalent) for all aspects of project
  • Create and manage a GDrive for all content related to the project
  • Put together weekly tracking reports for attendance at trainings and completion of online courses and performance on weekly quizzes - review with Project team and distribute to Sales Leadership


  • Proficiency with GSuite
  • 1+ years of project management experience
  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple streams of work
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to build relationships quickly
  • Experience and confidence in holding ICs and Managers accountable for action items
  • Excellent, organization, writing and communication skills
